POSITION PURPOSE

The Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing plays a pivotal leadership role in driving Jeme
Technologies' revenue growth and market expansion within the financial services, pension
and insurance sector. This position combines strategic planning, team leadership, and
hands-on sales execution to achieve corporate objectives. The Assistant Manager develops
and implements sales strategies, develop & manages key client relationships, and ensures
the department operates efficiently to meet ambitious growth targets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with
company objectives and growth targets
• Create detailed sales forecasts, revenue projections, and quarterly sales plans
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify
growth opportunities within the sector
• Define target market segments and develop go-to-market strategies for Jeme
Technologies' solution portfolio
2. Revenue Generation & Client Engagement
• Personally manage and close strategic, high-value accounts and complex sales
opportunities
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and industry
stakeholders
• Accompany sales team members on critical client meetings and presentations to
provide support and mentorship
• Develop compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to address specific client
business challenges

• Negotiate high-stakes contracts and partnership agreements
3. Sales Operations & Process Management
• Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Implement and manage your sales pipeline systems and ensure accurate pipeline
tracking and reporting
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions
when targets are at risk
• Streamline sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce sales cycle time
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with technical delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to
implementation
• Coordinate with finance department on revenue recognition, invoicing, and
collections
• Work with product management to communicate client requirements and influence
solution roadmaps
• Engage with executive leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations
5. Reporting & Executive Communication
• Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior
management
• Present performance analytics, pipeline reviews, and strategic recommendations to
executive team
• Maintain transparency on risks, challenges, and opportunities affecting revenue
attainment
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform business strategy

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (required)
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 2-3
years in a management or leadership role
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving team
performance
• Experience selling software solutions, cybersecurity services, ERP and Enterprise
Software solutions, & IT network infrastructure to enterprise clients
• Prior experience in the financial services or insurance technology sector is strongly
preferred
Technical Knowledge & Domain Expertise
• Basic understanding of enterprise software, ERP systems, cybersecurity solutions,
and network infrastructure
• Knowledge of financial services, Pension and insurance industry technology
requirements and regulations
• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies including SPIN Selling, Challenger
Sale, or Solution Selling
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and business intelligence
tools
• Advanced skills in data analysis, Excel modeling, and PowerPoint presentations
