About the Role

Our client, Aleva Pre-School, is looking for a dynamic, experienced early-years professional to lead its pre-school as Head of Pre-School – overseeing curriculum delivery, staff performance, child development, and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field

• Valid teaching license/registration in Early Childhood Education

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood teaching, with leadership exposure

• Strong understanding of early years curriculum frameworks (Montessori, EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or national standards)

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmental milestones and inclusive, differentiated learning

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teaching and support staff

• Familiarity with school administration, enrolment processes, and compliance standards

• Excellent communication skills for engaging parents, staff, and stakeholders

• Thorough knowledge of child protection, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements
