JobLink assessment
How do you prefer to work?
50 short statements, one at a time, in five parts. Say how accurately each one describes you, and try not to think too long about any of them: the first answer is usually the truest one.
There are no right answers. This is not a test you can pass or fail. It describes how you like to work, and different roles suit different people. Being quiet is not worse than being outgoing, it is just different, and some jobs need one more than the other.
It takes about ten minutes. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back, and you can change any answer before you finish.
What happens to your answers
You see your own result straight away. If you have a JobLink account it is saved to it, so a recruiter can see whether you suit a particular role. It is never shared with an employer as a score out of ten, because it is not one.
Sign in first, so the result is yours
Your answers are saved to your account, which is what lets you come back to them, see them again later, and have them deleted if you ask. Without an account there is nobody to give the result to.
It takes a minute, and you will come straight back here.
