About the Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Group HR & Admin Manager to take full ownership of our people
function. This is the most senior HR role in the organisation, reporting directly to the Managing
Director. You will set the standard for how we hire, develop, retain, and reward our people across
every entity in the Group.

What You Will Do
As Group HR & Admin Manager, you will own the full people agenda across all several subsidiaries.
Your key areas of responsibility include:
▪ Building and executing a Group-wide talent strategy, from recruitment and onboarding to
retention and succession planning.
▪ Designing and driving multi-skilling and cross-training programmes that build a versatile,
resilient workforce.
▪ Overseeing accurate and on-time payroll processing and full statutory compliance (SSNIT, PAYE,
Ghana Labour Act).
▪ Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures consistently across all Group entities.
▪ Leading, coaching, and growing the HR team into a high-performing, trusted function.
▪ Providing data-driven HR insights and strategic recommendations to the MD and Group
leadership.

What We Are Looking For
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
▪ Masters level or Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business
Administration, or a related field.
▪ Certified member of a recognised HR professional body - IHRMP, SHRMi, CIPA, or equivalent is
an advantage.
▪ 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or Group-level HR
management role.
▪ Demonstrated experience leading an HR function across multiple business units or subsidiaries at
the same time.
▪ Proven track record in talent retention, employee development, multi-skilling, and cross-training
programmes.
▪ Hands-on experience with payroll processing, SSNIT administration, and Ghanaian statutory
compliance. Non-negotiable.
▪ Proficiency with an HRIS platform (BambooHR, OmniPMS, SAP, or similar) at both operational
and strategic levels.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
▪ Deep, applied knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act (Act 651) and all related employment
regulations.
▪ Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, selection, and Group-wide talent management.
▪ Ability to design and implement fair, measurable, development-oriented performance
management frameworks.
▪ Experience developing and running multi-skilling and cross-training programmes across
multiple entities.
▪ Solid knowledge of payroll management, benefits administration, and compensation
benchmarking in Ghana.
▪ Ability to use HR data and analytics to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive strategic
decisions.
